Great news, RCEA is pleased to announce the restoration of the Minority Affairs Committee. Benita Townsend, Jane Ligon, and Sandra Salazar attended the NEA Regional Conference for Minority Affairs on October 12th and 13th in Charleston, South Carolina. This group has agreed to form the Minority Affairs Committee for RCEA.
