From the December READ:

RCEA members voted overwhelmingly to ratify the changes to the Robertson County Education Association Negotiated Contract! This is an exciting close to a long process that began last March. Both teams are pleased with the final results and believe the current contract is fair to both sides of the negotiating process. The current changes include a 4% pay raise for this school year. Please understand that 3% has already been in your pay-checks since August. The Payroll Department at the Cen-tral Office is currently working to have the 1% per month back pay included in your December paychecks. Thank you to each and every member for your patience during this process. Please talk with your RCEA building repre-sentative if you have any questions or concerns.
